Festive, creamy, and adorable mini cheesecakes made without baking! Each bite features a buttery graham cracker crust, smooth cheesecake filling, and cheerful holiday toppings perfect for parties or gifts.
Ingredients
Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
Red and green food coloring (optional)
Topping:
Whipped cream
Holiday sprinkles, crushed candy canes, or mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
3. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of crust mixture into each liner and press down firmly. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
4. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
6. In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
7. If desired, divide filling and tint portions with red or green food coloring for a festive look.
8. Spoon or pipe filling evenly over crusts, smoothing the tops.
9. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
10. Before serving, top with whipped cream and your favorite holiday toppings.
Notes
Use a mini muffin pan for bite-sized versions.
Try chocolate cookie crumbs for a richer flavor.
