These Mint Oreo Truffles are rich, creamy, and irresistibly minty made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and dipped in luscious chocolate. Perfect for parties, holidays, or a quick no-bake indulgence.
Ingredients
1 package (14.3 oz) Mint Oreos
6 oz cream cheese, softened
10 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate, melted
1/2 tsp peppermint extract (optional, for stronger mint flavor)
Green candy melts or sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
1. Place Mint Oreos in a food processor and blend until finely crushed.
2. Add softened cream cheese and peppermint extract (if using); blend again until well combined into a thick dough.
3. Scoop and roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Freeze truffles for 20–30 minutes, or until firm.
5. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place back on parchment paper.
6. Decorate with melted green candy drizzle or sprinkles before the coating sets.
7. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
8. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
You can freeze truffles for up to 2 months — just thaw before serving.
