These Mini Quiche Hearts are bite-sized, fluffy, and full of flavor! Made with eggs, cheese, and your favorite fillings baked in heart-shaped molds, they’re perfect for brunch, parties, or romantic mornings. Easy to customize and irresistibly cute.
Ingredients
4 large eggs
1/3 cup milk or cream
1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or mozzarella)
1/4 cup finely chopped spinach, bell peppers, or ham (optional)
1 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking spray or butter, for greasing molds
Optional toppings: cherry tomato halves, crumbled feta, or herbs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a silicone heart-shaped mold or mini muffin tin.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir in cheese and any mix-ins like spinach, peppers, or ham.
4. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared molds, filling each about ¾ full.
5. Top with extras like cherry tomatoes or herbs if desired.
6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until puffed and set in the center.
7. Let cool for a few minutes, then gently remove from molds.
8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Use any filling combination you like — bacon & cheddar, spinach & feta, or mushroom & Swiss.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat in the oven or microwave.
