Festive and fun Grinch Mini Cheesecakes with a bright green cheesecake filling, Oreo crust, and whipped cream topped with a red candy heart the perfect holiday dessert for Christmas parties!
Ingredients
12 Oreo cookies (for crust)
3 tbsp melted butter
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
Green gel food coloring
Whipped cream (for topping)
Small red heart candies or sprinkles (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
2. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until combined.
3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the crust mixture into each liner and press down firmly.
4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
5. Add vanilla, eggs, and sour cream; mix until fully combined.
6. Stir in green food coloring until you reach a Grinchy shade of green.
7. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
8. Bake for 16–18 minutes or until centers are just set.
9. Let cool to room temperature, then chill for at least 2 hours.
10. Top each mini cheesecake with whipped cream and a red heart candy before serving.
Notes
Use gel food coloring for a more vibrant color.
These mini cheesecakes can be made a day in advance and kept refrigerated.
Add peppermint extract for a festive flavor twist.
