- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Begin by boiling water in a large pot. Once boiling, add the macaroni. Cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Make the cheese sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Sprinkle in the flour and stir for about 2 minutes.
- Add cream and milk: Gradually pour in the heavy cream and milk while continuously stirring until smooth.
- Season it: Add the mustard powder and smoked paprika. Stir until well combined.
- Melt the cheese: Remove from heat and slowly add the cheddar cheese while stirring until melted.
- Combine pasta and sauce: Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
