- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the unsalted butter and granulated sugar together in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix until combined.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a separate bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Scoop the dough into 1 tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 7 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Make the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cookies and allow to set.
