Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium-sized bowl.
- Cream the granulated sugar and softened butter until creamy, then add the egg, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just combined.
- Shape the dough into balls using a tablespoon and roll each ball in powdered sugar.
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
