Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Cream the granulated sugar and softened butter until creamy, then add the egg, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Shape the dough into balls using a tablespoon and roll each ball in powdered sugar.
  6. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
