Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
2 cups cooked white or brown rice
2 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Steamed vegetables (optional, for serving)
Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef.

3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
5. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the beef.
