Ingredients

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)

2 tbsp powdered erythritol or preferred keto sweetener

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt


Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.

2. Add pumpkin purée, sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt.

3. Mix until fully combined and creamy.

4. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice level if desired.

5. Scoop or roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
