This creamy, cheesy Jalapeño Popper Dip delivers everything you love about jalapeño poppers rich cream cheese, melty cheddar, smoky bacon, and a spicy kick all in an easy, crowd-pleasing warm dip.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4–5 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, diced jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
4. In a separate bowl, mix panko, melted butter, and Parmesan.
5. Sprinkle breadcrumb topping over the dip.
6. Bake for 20–22 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
Control spice by adjusting the number of jalapeños.
For extra heat, leave in some seeds or add a chopped serrano.
You can prepare this dip up to 24 hours ahead—just bake before serving.
