These Italian Pinwheels are a colorful and savory appetizer packed with classic deli meats, cheese, and Italian herbs. Wrapped in a soft tortilla and sliced into bite-sized rolls, they’re perfect for parties, potlucks, or lunchboxes!
Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp Italian dressing
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
6 slices deli ham
6 slices hard salami
6 slices pepperoni
4 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, diced
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Italian dressing, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth.
2. Lay out one tortilla and spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture.
3. Layer with ham, salami, pepperoni, cheese, roasted red peppers, and spinach.
4. Roll tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap.
5. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
6. Chill for at least 30 minutes for easier slicing.
7. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve cold or at room temperature.
Notes
Substitute meats or cheese to your liking — turkey or provolone also work great.
Add banana peppers or olives for extra Italian flavor.
