Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up three separate dishes for breading: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bread each chicken breast by dredging it in flour, dipping it in egg, and then coating it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the breaded cutlets for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the cutlets to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes to ensure they are cooked through.
