Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Set up three separate dishes for breading: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bread each chicken breast by dredging it in flour, dipping it in egg, and then coating it with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the breaded cutlets for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the cutlets to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes to ensure they are cooked through.

Notes
For even cooking, pound the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thick before breading. Use fresh ingredients for better flavor.
