- 1 package brownie mix
- 1 cup cookie dough (chocolate chip or your choice)
- 1/4 cup water (for brownie mix)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (for brownie mix)
- 1 egg (for brownie mix)
- Cooking spray or cupcake liners
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions.
- Grease a cupcake pan with cooking spray or line with cupcake liners.
- Fill each cupcake cup halfway with brownie batter.
- Add a spoonful of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter in each cup.
- Bake for about 18-20 minutes, checking for doneness.
- Cool for a few minutes, then remove from the pan and serve.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container.
