Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the honey-lime mixture for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill or skillet on medium heat with a small amount of olive oil.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
