Description
Tender, flaky salmon fillets coated in a sweet and savory honey glaze with hints of garlic and soy an easy, elegant meal that’s ready in minutes.
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes.
5. Flip the salmon and pour the honey glaze over the top.
6. Continue cooking for another 3–4 minutes, spooning the glaze over the salmon until cooked through and caramelized.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
8. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your favorite sides.
Notes
For a richer flavor, marinate the salmon in the glaze for 15–30 minutes before cooking.
This glaze also works beautifully on shrimp or chicken.
Pair with roasted vegetables or steamed rice for a complete meal.
