Sweet, savory, and garlicky shrimp, cooked to perfection quick and easy for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar (optional)
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped green onions or sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat; sauté garlic 30 seconds.
2. Add shrimp; cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
3. Mix honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; pour over shrimp and stir.
4. Cook 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
6. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds and serve.
Notes
Serve over rice, noodles, or with vegetables.
Adjust honey and soy sauce ratio to taste.
Can make ahead and reheat gently.
