Description
A refreshing heart-shaped yogurt bark made with creamy yogurt, naturally sweetened and topped with fresh fruit and crunchy add-ins a light, healthy treat perfect for snacks or dessert.
Ingredients
2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
2 tbsp granola
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Spread yogurt mixture evenly on parchment into heart shapes.
4. Top with strawberries, blueberries, granola, and chocolate chips if using.
5. Freeze for 2–3 hours until completely firm.
6. Remove from freezer and break or cut into pieces.
7. Serve immediately or store frozen.
Notes
Use silicone heart molds for clean shapes.
Swap fruit toppings based on season.
Store frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
