Description
Rich, decadent heart-shaped chocolate fudge made with smooth melted chocolate and sweetened condensed milk an easy, no-bake treat perfect for gifting, Valentine’s Day, or satisfying chocolate cravings.
Ingredients
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Nonstick spray or parchment paper
Instructions
1. Line a heart-shaped pan or silicone mold with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
3. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared heart-shaped mold.
6. Smooth the top evenly with a spatula.
7. Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
8. Once firm, remove from the mold and cut into heart-shaped pieces if needed.
9. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor.
Add chopped nuts or sprinkles before chilling for texture.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
