Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Oil for frying or baking spray
Instructions
1. Cut chicken breasts into even slices.
2. Use a heart-shaped cutter to cut chicken into heart shapes.
3. Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings.
4. Dredge each chicken heart in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a skillet or preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
6. Fry nuggets until golden and cooked through, or bake for 18–20 minutes flipping halfway.
7. Drain on paper towels if frying.
8. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
Bake or air-fry for a lighter option.
