Ingredients
2 flatbreads or naan breads
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cut flatbreads into heart shapes using a knife or large cutter.
3. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
4. Brush lightly with olive oil.
5. Arrange mozzarella slices evenly over each flatbread.
6. Top with sliced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
9. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
Use burrata for an extra creamy finish.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
