Ingredients
2 lbs snow crab legs or king crab legs, thawed if frozen
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Arrange crab legs in a large baking dish or on a foil-lined baking sheet.
3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (do not brown).
5. Stir in lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley.
6. Brush or drizzle the garlic butter generously over the crab legs.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 15–18 minutes until heated through and steaming.
8. Serve hot with extra garlic butter and lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For an extra smoky flavor, grill the crab legs instead of baking.
Use clarified butter for a smoother dipping sauce.
Pair with crusty bread or corn on the cob for a complete seafood feast.
