Description

A delightful and refreshing treat with layers of gelatin, cream, and fresh fruit, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 50 g of strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 500 ml of hot water
  • 50 g of lemon-flavored gelatin
  • 500 ml of hot water
  • Strawberries, cut into slices
  • 20 green grapes, cut in half
  • 400 g of condensed milk
  • 200 g of cream
  • 12 g of unflavored gelatin

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the strawberry-flavored gelatin in 500 ml of hot water. Stir it well until completely dissolved.
  2. Cool the mixture for about 10-15 minutes, then pour it into a mold.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
  4. Repeat the process for the lemon layer, pouring it gently over the set strawberry layer and refrigerating for another 2-3 hours.
  5. Combine the condensed milk and cream in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in a small amount of warm water and mix it into the creamy mixture.
  7. Add the sliced strawberries and halved grapes on top of the lemon layer.
  8. Pour the creamy mixture over the fruit layer and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until fully set.
  9. Serve chilled, cut into squares or in individual cups.

Notes

This dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days in a sealed container.
