- 1 large Baguette, sliced
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 4 Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup Seafood mix (shrimp, scallops, and crab)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the softened butter with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat one side of each baguette slice with the garlic butter mixture.
- Evenly divide the seafood mix among the buttered slices.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each slice.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each slice.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until golden-brown.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For fresher taste, use fresh parsley and adjust seasoning as needed. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
