Description

Ingredients

  • Filet mignon
  • Camarones (shrimp)
  • Crema de langosta (lobster cream)
  • Aceite de oliva (olive oil)
  • Ajo (garlic)
  • Sal (salt)
  • Pimienta (pepper)
  • Perejil (parsley, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filet mignon steaks by seasoning them generously with salt and pepper. Allow to rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the filets in a preheated skillet with olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove the filets from the skillet and let them rest covered with foil.
  4. Cook the shrimp in the same skillet by adding minced garlic and cooking for 30 seconds, then adding the shrimp and cooking until pink and opaque.
  5. Prepare the lobster cream sauce by adding it to the skillet with cooked shrimp, stirring gently on low heat for a few minutes.
  6. Serve the filet mignon topped with shrimp and lobster sauce, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
