- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt in a medium-sized saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
