Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt in a medium-sized saucepan.
