- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 can of cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and blend thoroughly with the cream cheese.
- Add the lemon juice and vanilla extract; stir well to combine.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the graham cracker pie crust and spread evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Chill the cherry pie filling in the fridge while the cheesecake sets.
- Before serving, top the cheesecake with the chilled pie filling.
Notes
For a more decadent treat, drizzle melted chocolate over the top before serving.
