Description

A creamy, tangy chicken salad loaded with chopped dill pickles, fresh dill, and a punch of pickle juiceĀ  perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or scooping with crackers.


Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped

2 tbsp pickle juice

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

2 tbsp red onion, finely diced

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, add chicken, chopped pickles, celery, red onion, and fresh dill.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, pickle juice, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.

3. Pour dressing over chicken mixture.

4. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Serve on toasted bread, croissants, or lettuce wraps.

Add shredded cheese or bacon bits for extra richness.
