Description
This warm, gooey Cranberry Brie Dip is the perfect holiday appetizer creamy Brie baked under a layer of sweet-tart cranberry sauce, topped with toasted pecans and served with crackers or crostini.
Ingredients
1 wheel Brie cheese (8 oz)
1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup chopped pecans (toasted)
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Crackers, crostini, or bread for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Place the Brie in a small baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
3. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the top.
4. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosemary.
5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and melty.
6. Top with toasted pecans.
7. Serve warm with crackers or crostini.
Notes
For extra flavor, add orange zest on top before baking.
Use homemade cranberry sauce for a fresher taste.
To prevent mess, keep the Brie in its rind—it melts beautifully inside!
