Description

These Cranberry Brie Bites are the perfect festive appetizer flaky, buttery puff pastry cups filled with creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce. A holiday crowd-pleaser that’s incredibly easy to make!


Ingredients

Scale

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

6 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes

1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned whole-berry)

1 tbsp orange zest (optional)

Fresh rosemary, for garnish

Flour, for dusting


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.

2. On a floured surface, roll out puff pastry and cut into 24 small squares.

3. Press each square into the mini muffin wells.

4. Add one cube of brie to each pastry cup.

5. Top with 1–2 teaspoons of cranberry sauce.

6. Sprinkle with orange zest if using.

7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until pastry is golden and brie is melted.

8. Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve warm.

Notes

You can prepare the pastry cups ahead and bake just before serving.

Use camembert instead of brie for a deeper flavor.

Try adding a pecan on top for crunch!
