Description

A warm, creamy Crab Rangoon Dip loaded with crab, cheese, garlic, and green onion. Perfect for parties and game day!


Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup shredded cheddar

1 1/2 cups lump crab meat

3 green onions, sliced

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Optional toppings: green onions, sesame seeds, chili crisp

Serve with wonton chips, pita chips, tortilla chips, or baguette slices


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic, Worcestershire, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Fold in crab and green onions.

4. Spread mixture into a baking dish.

5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

6. Top with green onions, sesame seeds, or chili crisp.

7. Serve warm with wonton chips or other dippers.

Notes

Bake wonton wrappers at 375°F for 6–8 minutes for crispy chips.

Add sriracha or chili crisp for a spicy version.

Imitation crab works well; chop it small.

Can be assembled a day ahead and baked before serving.
