1 can (15 oz) pumpkin purée

1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

2 large eggs

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Whisk pumpkin, sugar, spices, and salt.

3. Add eggs and whisk until smooth.

4. Whisk in evaporated milk until combined.

5. Pour filling into the unbaked crust.

6. Bake for 15 minutes.

7. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake 40–50 minutes or until the center is set.

8. Cool completely before serving.

Notes

Chill before slicing for the cleanest cuts.
