Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine melted butter with 1 ½ cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese in a larger mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  5. Incorporate the powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Pour the cream cheese filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  10. Cool the cheesecake at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Sprinkle with ½ cup of crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal before serving.
