- ½ cup butter, melted

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- ½ cup crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine melted butter with 1 ½ cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal in a mixing bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a larger mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Incorporate the powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the cream cheese filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool the cheesecake at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Sprinkle with ½ cup of crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal before serving.
