Ingredients
1 baked chocolate cake (cut into cubes)
2 cups fresh raspberries
2 cups cold milk
1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate shavings or chocolate chips
1/4 cup raspberry jam (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare chocolate pudding by whisking pudding mix with cold milk until thickened; refrigerate for 5 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
3. Place a layer of chocolate cake cubes in the bottom of a trifle dish.
