A festive, no-bake dessert layered with chocolate cookies, creamy peppermint cheesecake, chocolate pudding, and whipped toppingĀ perfect for the holidays!
Ingredients
36 Oreo cookies (crushed into fine crumbs)
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
8 oz whipped topping, divided
2 cups cold milk (for pudding)
1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Chocolate shavings or crushed candy canes for garnish
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, milk, and peppermint extract until smooth.
3. Fold in half of the whipped topping until evenly combined. Spread over the chilled crust.
4. In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
5. Top with remaining whipped topping, smoothing the surface evenly.
6. Sprinkle crushed candy canes, mini chocolate chips, and chocolate shavings on top.
7. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
8. Slice and enjoy this cool, minty holiday treat!
Notes
For extra minty flavor, add more peppermint extract to taste.
