- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 8 oz chocolate candy coating
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix instructions.
- Prepare the brownie batter as instructed on the box.
- Bake the brownies in a greased baking dish until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool the brownies completely in the dish.
- Make the cookie dough by creaming the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well, then gradually mix in the all-purpose flour and milk.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Form the cookie dough into 1-inch balls and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Cut the cooled brownies into small squares.
- Wrap the cookie dough balls with squares of brownie, sealing well.
- Melt the chocolate candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each brownie bomb in the melted chocolate coating.
- Let the brownie bombs set on parchment paper until the chocolate hardens.
