- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the shredded chicken and broccoli florets, and fold them into the creamy mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes, then serve hot.
Notes
For convenience, use rotisserie chicken. Allow leftovers to cool before storing in an airtight container.
