Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
1/3 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
2. Lay out a tortilla and sprinkle a layer of lettuce and mozzarella over it.
