Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/4 cup granola
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with chia seeds and honey (if using). Let sit for 5–10 minutes to slightly thicken.
2. In a glass or jar, layer a spoonful of the yogurt mixture, followed by berries and granola.
3. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
4. Garnish with mint leaves if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond yogurt.
