Description
Sweet mini peppers stuffed with a creamy, savory cheese filling and baked until tender an easy, colorful appetizer that’s always a hit.
Ingredients
12 mini sweet peppers
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4. Fill each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
5. Arrange stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
6. Bake for 18–22 minutes until peppers are tender and filling is lightly golden.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Add cooked bacon bits or chopped jalapeños for extra flavor.
Can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
