- 1 large fresh burrata ball
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
- 2–3 tbsp hot honey
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp finely ground pistachios
- Edible flowers
- Edible gold flakes
Instructions
- Place the burrata carefully onto a white serving plate.
- If wet, gently pat the burrata dry to remove excess moisture.
- Cut a deep cross into the top of the burrata, being careful not to slice through completely.
- Gently pull the top open to reveal the creamy center inside.
- Drizzle hot honey into the open space.
- Sprinkle chili flakes over the exposed cream.
- Scatter finely ground pistachios on top.
- Add a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Decorate with edible flowers.
- Finish with edible gold flakes for presentation.
Notes
Use fresh burrata for the best taste. To reduce spiciness, adjust the amount of chili flakes used. Experiment with various nuts for texture.
