Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
3. Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar, and mozzarella until evenly combined.
4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish (about 8×8 inches).
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
