A delightful dish that combines the sweet burst of blueberries with creamy feta cheese and a spicy drizzle of hot honey, perfect for lunch, dinner, or as an appetizer.
Ingredients

- 2 flatbreads or naan
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme or basil (optional)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2–1 tsp chili flakes (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
Instructions
- Make Hot Honey: Warm the honey in a small saucepan over low heat, stir in chili flakes, and add apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Remove from heat and let steep.
- Assemble Flatbread: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Brush flatbreads with olive oil. Scatter blueberries and sprinkle feta on top. Add fresh herbs if desired.
- Bake: Place flatbreads in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until crisp and the feta is golden brown.
- Finish & Serve: Drizzle with hot honey before serving. Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven before serving.
