Description

Delicious, nutrient-packed energy bites made with bananas, oats, chia seeds, and peanut butter—perfect for a quick snack or pre-workout boost.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl using a fork or potato masher until smooth.
  2. Mix in the oats, chia seeds, peanut butter, and honey (or maple syrup) until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls about one inch in diameter with clean, wet hands.
  4. Refrigerate the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor. Feel free to customize with different nut butters, add-ins, or spices based on your preference.
