Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
1/2 cup toffee bits or crushed Heath bars
2 medium apples, sliced
Lemon juice (to prevent apples from browning)
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
2. Spread the mixture evenly into a shallow serving dish or pie plate.
3. Pour caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer and spread gently to cover.
4. Sprinkle toffee bits or crushed Heath bars evenly on top.
5. Slice apples and toss lightly with lemon juice to keep them fresh.
6. Serve the dip immediately with apple slices and graham crackers, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
To make it lighter, use low-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt.
You can swap toffee bits with chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips.
