Description
Crispy, golden-brown chicken wings cooked in the air fryer perfectly juicy inside with minimal oil.
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings, split into flats and drumettes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional: buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, or your favorite wing sauce for tossing
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Pat wings dry with paper towels.
3. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed.
5. Cook 20–25 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked to 165°F (74°C).
6. Toss wings in your favorite sauce if desired and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, let wings air dry in fridge for 30 minutes before seasoning.
Cooking time may vary depending on wing size and air fryer model.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
